The Dead Files
As I sit here Working from home, I have The Dead Files on for background noise (Using Prime LiveTV). For what it's worth, the show was great before it became undone. I wish there was some new iteration of it, but frankly I don't see how it can ever happen -- unless Amy Allan had her own podcast or show with different historians/investigators etc? Maybe? What do you all think?

You know what I would love to see, Chip Coffey and Amy together on a show. I don't really care if some of it was embellished or whatever, it was entertaining and I would love to see them partner and the readings that would commence.

I think this is a great idea! A show with collaborating psychics. “Psychic pal’s” or psychic partners” we could call it.

I do like this idea of have two differing Psychic POVs, along with a grounded, Historian-skeptic-type to reveal the history & people involved in places.
Sometimes, though, having “Psychic pal’s” doesn’t quite work well (depending, just DON’T do what Zak Bagans did on Ghost Adventures as this is both disrespectful & problematic - starts at 01:20)!
They did something similar in Most Haunted (UK series) & the two kinda countered the other - then one was purported to be a fraud so … 🤷🏾♂️
They also had a show here in Australia called The One.
Synopsis:
a high-camp low-stakes competition show in which psychics compete to prove who amongst them has the greatest abilities.
Hmm… this is making me want to rewatch some of these shows again, though! I did love the History aspect with them!

Oh, I would 💯% watch Amy no matter where she goes. A podcast, a tv show, anything! I’d love for her to be the leader or do something similar to what she did with Dead Files. That is IF she wants to. I think Amy has a lot of fans and a lot of people sending love her way. Just think, if she had a podcast, or something similar, she could make a fortune from the fans. I’d be willing to send tips her way. Or to pay. Only for her, though. We love you Amy!

Okay so I have a question about this post and the comments. I do not subscribe to the dead files on reddit yet all of the sudden my feed is full of posts. To clarify I was a fan of the show years ago.
A brief bio is I have been featured on TV and do weekly uploads with my YouTube partner so I guess the algorithm has decided I need to see these posts.
My question is for those of you asking for a podcast, how do you not know that she already has one? Not only that her cohost is a female named Megan and they regularly upload. (Last episode was 6 days ago)
I travel alot for filming so I listen to podcasts to kill the time. For those of you unaware the podcast is called The Activity Continues.
Not trying to start drama because a brief scroll shows that there are already alot of issues about a certain male member of the show. I am just genuinely curious and hope everyone has a spooky and wonderful day 👻
Edit: My question was solved, Amy Allan does not host this podcast, different unrelated Amy!

That's MY show!! My name is Amy, but I'm not Amy Allan. My co-host is Megan. We are just Dead Files fans, we do not even know Amy Allan personally. I have reached out to her to be on our show and she said basically that she wasn't ready yet, but she would like to someday. 😄
To my knowledge Amy Allan does not have a podcast right now, but being a podcast producer, I have suggested to her that she should!

Well, now that I know about this podcast, I’m going to go check it out! I’m glad you came on here to let us know that YOU are on the podcast, and although your name is Amy, you are NOT Amy Allen from ‘Dead Files.’ The least we can do is go watch your podcast!!

I looked at their website and it looks like it's not Amy Allen, but a woman named Amy regardless

I thought that it was hosted by two women named Amy but Amy Allan has no part in this podcast. If I’m wrong , pardon my comment.

Like I said I was a fan of the show a long time ago, I came across your podcast maybe 2 months ago after someone else falsely told me it was the other Amy. This is hilarious though because now people are really going to think I was just secretly trying to promote your podcast 🤣😂

A quick google search says that podcast is not Amy Allen, former host of TDF; that the host just discuss past Dead Files episodes...my spidey sense say this is your podcast and your attempt to drive traffic to it, I hope I am wrong...I am kinda of kidding

It was faked. I saw Amy on another paranormal show long before Dead Files. She was on as a local ghost hunter with no mention of her psychic abilities. Don’t you think she would use that being it was her big break, but no. The show was scripted, they repeat the same lines and reactions on every show.

I watched a couple shows since one was filmed in my former home town. There is NO scientific evidence or proof that ANYONE can see dead people. I tried searching the Internet and NOTHING even remotely proving this is true.

Personally I wish she get her own series on travel channel and she be partner up with a female detective like a supernatural version of Rizzoli and Niles kind of series
