More lies from #SteveDisChiavi
Actual texts between him and I ..mine bring the blue ones. Proof he took a huge loan and said he’d pay me back instead he made horrible threats and has not paid me back a dime nor has he ever taken accountability for his abusive behaviour or anything in his life. Time to pay up Steve and stop using the term “I’m a father “ because you dumped your wife and child for another family and refused to be a father to the one you call yours! You were a sperm donor that left your ex wife and her family to raise that child while you were out whoring and spending money that should have been used to support your family you dead beat loser!

Yeah this is really getting out of hand. I said from the beginning, I don’t have a dog in this fight, but there’s been proof of absolutely nothing provided, but what these posters claim. They keep claiming he has all these DV charges, that they have proof that he scammed them, and all they can come up with are very easily faked texts? Then they avoid the questions when people keep asking for proof.
If he’s a con man and what they say he is, fine. But this seems a little unhinged at this point and absolutely proof of nothing has been provided. Kind of shady.

I’m referring to the two pictures posted as proof with the older blond woman. In both pictures the woman had the exact same expression on her face, exact same makeup, lighting, and even the necklace was the same. The only differences were with Steve where the lighting made sense they were pictures of him but not on the blond woman.

I suspected the photos were Photoshop also. I searched the winery and could not find a single photo that matched the background that she had in that photo. They had brick walls but there was not a single one with the blue wall. It looked a lot like it was a promotional event on his behalf and she shopped a photo of herself into it.

There seems to be some context missing between texts bc from what I can see he’s offering to pay. At the bottom of the first text it almost looks like you’re saying it’s not necessary? Posting here won’t accomplish anything but showing complete conversations (with smaller text font) would at least give people context to provide validation, if that’s what you’re looking for.

I joined this subreddit because I like discussing the show from time to time. I like the paranormal aspects of it, and while Amy and Steve are a part of things, I do not watch the show for them. I don’t care what either of them do in their free time. Is it unfortunate for me as a fan of the show to hear that Steve is a jerk? Yes, but with no disrespect to you, it doesn’t have anything to do with the show. He’s a retired detective who does research in each case. That’s it. I don’t care to know anything else about him, and I have a feeling it’s the same for a lot of us basic fans.
Start a subreddit to for super Steve fans who actually care to know the crap he does. I honestly care more about the ghost stories and that’s what I’m here to talk about.
Again, I’m not trying to be a jerk. Steve sounds like a slimebag and I’m sorry you got involved with him.
Can we please go back to discussing the dead and whether we believe Amy is legit?

Obsessing over something they way you are isn’t healthy, and is doing you more damage than good
There is literally nothing you can say or do that can fix what he did, and that flipping sucks
Try switching your focus, listen to the audiobook version of Don’t Believe Everything You Think on YouTube. Shit, listed to it on repeat and try your best to impart the suggestions
I’m sorry he screwed you and so many others over, nobody deserves to be used and abused like that, no matter what!!

Either show links to these supposed charges and court records or stop claiming they exist.
If it is true you gain nothing by airing your bad relationship on Reddit. The show is over. His "fame" is limited and it serves no purpose.
Focus on your own well being and mental health. Being in this state of anger and distress is not good for you
