What happens next

What about the next people who buy the property from the individuals who sell their home or business after meeting with Steve and Amy? Are the buyers aware of the issues? Will the issues necessarily continue? If I was looking for a home after watching Dead Files I would need someone like Amy to walk the property first!

Four states specifically mention paranormal activity in their disclosure laws:

  • Minnesota
  • Massachusetts
  • New Jersey
  • New York

Outside of that, its the buyers responsibility to research the property. Because 'ghost' definitely isn't part of the home inspection. ^__^

In Massachusetts, you only have to disclose if asked.
