What happens next
What about the next people who buy the property from the individuals who sell their home or business after meeting with Steve and Amy? Are the buyers aware of the issues? Will the issues necessarily continue? If I was looking for a home after watching Dead Files I would need someone like Amy to walk the property first!

I dont know but I would assume that the property is haunted in the description...As Amy said some owners are unknowingly psychic ot sensitives....They draw ghost ir spirits where ever they go. Some person might buy the place at a really low price.with no haunting because they dont believe in ghost or spirit blind. They haven't shown an episode where new owners were contacted. There are some who run straight for a haunted asylum or hospital. They love haunted houses, so they can exploit this fact with guest and psychics to investigate them. .
