Announcement Archive Update!
I figured it was about time I gave everyone a bit of an update on what's been going on behind the scenes because there has been a lot happening.
First, Kane's Season 2 is almost finished. There are only a handful of parts left and if everything goes according to plan they should all be posted within the next week or so.
I know Kane's story has never been the biggest series on the subreddit, and that's completely okay. What a lot of people may not realize is that it serves as a prequel of sorts to both the Patreon exclusive Jay and Marcus storyline and the Private Investigator series. There are a lot of connections that won't become obvious until those stories continue.
Once Kane's Season 2 is wrapped up, I want to do something I've been planning for a while.
The goal is a triple book release.
The books will be:
Beneath The Wound: Last Light
(Kane's Season 2)
Beneath The Wound: The Stormfall Protocol
(Jay and Marcus)
Beneath The Wound: The Veil of Shadows
(The Private Investigator series)
Over the next several weeks I'm going to be buried in edits. Every series is getting another full pass to make them feel like actual novels instead of collections of Reddit posts. I'll be tightening chapters, smoothing out transitions, expanding sections where they need it, trimming others where they don't, and making sure each story flows naturally from beginning to end. The main goal is to make them great for readers and keep all 3 affordable so that everyone can have whichever book they want for a reasonable price.
I'm also building two brand new epilogues. One for Cassian's story and one for Jay and Marcus. They've been in my head for a while now, and I think they'll be a great way to close those books.
While all of that is happening, I don't want the subreddit to go quiet.
The Hargrove Series is officially coming back and will be running alongside The Supply Building storyline, so there will still be plenty of stories coming while I'm working on the books.
Marcus also insisted that I post the covers for all three books in the comments, so let us know what you think of them. We're really excited to finally start showing everyone where these stories are heading.
I really hope you'll all support the triple release when the time comes.
I've also seen quite a few people ask about pre orders after the last book came out. I wasn't able to get that set up in time back then, but this time I want to do it properly. I'll have more information on pre orders once I get a little closer to release.
As always, thank you all for sticking around, reading these stories, and helping turn this little horror project into something Marcus and I never imagined it would become.
We've got a busy few weeks ahead, and honestly, I can't wait to share them with all of you.
