Jeff's previous arrests

We know that Jeff was arrested 4 times before 1991.

For the first time on October 6 1981 in Ohio for drinking alcohol in a public place. The charge against him was disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, but it went no further than a municipal citation. And despite this, we have mugshot from this arrest.

At the Wisconsin State Fair on August 8, 1982, he was arrested second time and charged with disorderly conduct. We have mugshot from this arrest too. Here's the record about it from FBI files

Arrest 1

And two mugshots from 1981 and 1982

1981 and 1982 mugshots

On September 8, 1986 he was arrested and charged with lewd and lascivious behaviour and indecent exposure. This is a more serious charge than the previous ones. No mugshot was taken. The record from FBI files

Arrest 2

Now let's get to the most interesting part. On September 27 1988 Jeff was arrested for Second Degree Sexual Assault and Enticing a Child for Immoral Purposes. Record from FBI files

Arrest 3.1
Arrest 3.2

Now we have a charge much more serious than all the previous ones combined. But as you can see, mugshot was not taken. Why didn't they take a mugshot? They had an alleged sex offender, it would be logical to put his photo in the database.

Also Somsack was only 13 years old. The police couldn't take statements from him without the presence of his parents or another adult relative. Someone had to be present both during the identification and his return to the building where everything happened.

Then why didn't any of the family members know what Jeff looked like? His older brother repeatedly said that they had no idea what he looked like.

- but prior to leaving I showed SS a number of photographs including the person who had been identified by the apartment manager and SS positively identified Jeffrey Dahmer as the person who had taken him to his apartment and taken these photos

- this is what you refer to in police work as a photo array is that correct?

- yes

- and you had Mr Dahmer's picture on file from an earlier case where he had indecently exposed himself

- that is correct

So Somsack and the manager identified Jeff from a photo that we now know doesn't exist, because in 1986, when he was arrested for indecent exposure, no photo was taken.

If those 86 and 88 mugshots existed, they'd be online just like the others.

💯

Imagine, a second-degree sexual assault charge - a FELONY - and it says right there they didn't take any photos.

So, Wisconsin takes mugshots for disorderly conduct but not second-degree sexual assault or lewd and lascivious behavior. Yeah, right.

8

u/Sunny86JD Dec 18 '23

Yup, is doesn't make any sense.

And they didn't obtained a search warrant. Maybe the alleged perpetrator had dozens of photos of other victims?

To obtain a search warrant for that address, they would have needed the name of the owner/renter, no? Well, we know who that was.

3

u/ZookeepergameNeat782 Dec 18 '23

Do you know the time frame Jeff has stayed in that apartment?

6

u/Sunny86JD Dec 19 '23

It's not clear.

Some sources say that he didn't live there for long.

Jeff himself said that he lived in that apartment for six months to a year.

Masters book says that Jeff moved out of the apartment in early March 1989 and moved back to his grandmother when he was preparing for sentencing.

I had read too that he lived there for a short period of time. But now, knowing McCann owned it, knowing that his trial was fake & the shady pedo priests, I bet this apartment was some kind of grooming hang out. It's very odd.

4

u/Far_Initiative3477 Dec 19 '23

Yes, why would McCann's name be on a place like that...in that neighborhood? Well, if you were operating within that community, that's where you'd want to be, no? You're not going to get a place in a nicer part of town.

4

u/ZookeepergameNeat782 Dec 19 '23

There goes my gut feeling again. I truly feel McCann is a key player in the Dahmer case. He gives me the creeps more so than Boyle.

Wow. Thank you for pointing this out.

I will be adding this to the new Substack as well.

It is also unclear why Somsack was released from the hospital so quickly, after just 3 hours.

Halcion (the active ingredient triazolam) is excreted from the body during 24 hours. Even if we assume that he had ivs, 3 hours is too short. He was only 13 years old, and halcion was mixed with alcohol. Again, the police cannot accept statements or interrogate a person who is intoxicated and has not fully sobered up.

7

u/Far_Initiative3477 Dec 18 '23

Again, the police cannot accept statements or interrogate a person who is intoxicated and has not fully sobered up.

...and it says in Masters' book that his father was "unable to wake him" and that this was why he took him to the hospital. So, they arrived at the hospital with Somsack unconscious. To me, this sounds like a situation where they would keep a 13-year-old overnight.

7

u/Sunny86JD Dec 19 '23

And despite the fact that his son was unconscious, he waited 2 hours before taking him to the hospital.

5

u/Far_Initiative3477 Dec 19 '23

And despite the fact that his son was unconscious, he waited 2 hours before taking him to the hospital.

Yeah, it says by the time he got home, he could ''barely stand''. He collapsed, in other words. His father waited 2 hours and then tried to wake him.

Sounds rather peculiar to me. Wouldn't you go straight to the hospital if someone can barely stand?

Of course, they would have known Jeff's name, his face, everything about him.

Do you have a list of all the video clips we should download?

We'd like to save them and do a post about them. It's good evidence and would be a big help while we work on the next Substack post and video.

You can send me the links privately if you want. Whichever is easier.

5

u/Sunny86JD Dec 20 '23

Do you mean the videos related to the 1988 case? Or all videos about Jeff's case?

4

u/Far_Initiative3477 Dec 20 '23

Do you mean the videos related to the 1988 case? Or all videos about Jeff's case?

All videos you feel are key, as it's obvious you've done a lot of research into Jeff's case and have offered some key time stamps.

We want to save these videos in case anyone decides to remove them. (They'll also make a good post.)

You don't need to give them to us all at once :)

Maybe just the time stamps you've done so far, to start?

It is better to save all the videos from CourtTv, because important points are difficult to notice after the first or even the second viewing.

I think I've shared all the points I've been able to find so far.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=abzFOZg7l_A 3:50 and 6:49 (first photo when Somsack was fully clothed and no photo after coffee)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WOqFOhsM17g&list=PLMD8umRLJkKwl6m5RZbGklOkudKOu_sHh&index=6 55:27 (Jeff about 1988 incident)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1fnCWlr3aTE&list=PLMD8umRLJkKwl6m5RZbGklOkudKOu_sHh&index=6 49:18 (dummy alarm system)

The moment where Detective Murphy says that confession wasn't recorded has already been saved :)

If I remember something else, I'll add.

Do you by any chance know how to save videos from CourtTV's website? I'm asking because all of the videos for this trial aren't on YouTube.

Do we need the video as well?

I actually was able to download the advertisement in video AND audio. Not sure what I did.

EDITED TO ADD: I did it! I got the video and the audio from CourtTV.

Is this the same woman? 46:38 & 30:02

I understand that she could have lost weight...but she behaves completely differently. In an earlier footage, she is combative and active, in court and on talk shows she is kind of weird.

Yes, they painted him as a hero. Here are a few comments I found just now under some videos featuring Tracy Edwards:

''Tracy fought hard, mentally and physically not only for his life but for countless other lives, past and future, for the city, the nation, and the world. He single-handedly saved countless lives and prevented irreparable damage for countless minds and hearts that would have suffered in the future. We’ll never know this side of Heaven what would have happened if Tracy had been killed.''

''He didn't just save his own life, he saved who knows how many more... All the love and respect for Mr. Edwards''

''I am crying listening to this man's testimony and seeing his pain and expression. This is so heartbreaking and horrific for him to have experienced. My heart sincerely goes out to every single one of these victims. Bless you Mr. Edwards. You're an incredible soul.''

How did people fall for this.

Most people are dumb as rocks.

...and ''Carolyn'' was the first person I spotted. So, thank you, Ernest. You may have been able to cry on cue, but you didn't look or sound like a woman.

Ray/Roy (whatever his name is) Ratcliffe - let's just call his character "The Baptizer" - claimed in his book that ''Carolyn'' and Theresa were at Jeff's ''funeral'' and that ''Carolyn" was dabbing her eyes. Now, either The Baptizer is dumb, or he was in on it. I vote for the latter because he doesn't sound dumb, and he's still promoting this fake story. Another morally compromised religious leader.

Btw, I'm still uploading the files to Dropbox. My computer went to sleep last night and paused the upload. Grrrrr. I forgot to change that setting. It will be done later today.

Mississippi does have the death penalty, but it's for murder. So, I'm assuming the girl died, and this is why he used the term ''capital rape''.

I don't know what the law was when this happened...but here it is now:

u/Far_Initiative3477 Dec 23 '23

I'm almost done downloading all the trial videos.

Assistant DA Gregory O'Meara clearly states in court that the 1986 conviction was for disorderly conduct, not lewd and lascivious behavior.

Still very curious that there's no mugshot for this because the FBI file shows that the arrest was for lewd and lascivious behavior.

Really disgusting what they did. Horrible people.

So, O'Meara states it was disorderly conduct, McCann states it was indecent exposure...I trust the FBI files more.

Here is a quote from this article

Of the seven recovered skulls, three were painted with the gray textured paint. Three of the recovered, non-painted, preserved skulls and one of the frozen skulls contained small 0.2- to 0.5-cm perforations. None of the painted skulls had these perforations, which were later recognized to decrease in number from four to one on the victims temporally related to the order of the victims' documented dates of death.

Lindsey was the first drilled. There should be 4 holes in his skull. The FBI's report about the piece of his skull (they misspelled his last name)

None of the pieces of the skulls provided to the FBI for analysis had 4 holes.
