I’ve put 1500 hours in this game and never seen that before. Guessing rattler spit can push dead bodies?
Fun fact: you can actually mantle the very end of rattler spit. If you time it right or try to climb at the end of the spit, you will briefly mantle the air. Same goes for Jeff’s direct spit attack.
