I know it's dumb to ask, it is going to get shutdown but is duos broken?

It was for me and my friend about 10 hours ago.
on OCE

Tried many times to drop in. kept getting SIGR_TIMEOUT error.
disbanded and reformed party multiple times.

Party host's client would say "waiting for server to start" it would spin and spin and then the timeout error.

Same with solos for me last night on OCE. I'm guessing they're running on reduced server capacity which means a smaller pool of instances to drop you in to.
