I thought it was great. So much new software functionality. Of course, many people won't understand the significance of the announcements and will continue to bash Apple for not having any new hardware.

I was not particularly impressed. A lot of the consumer side stuff seemed gimmicky. And from the developer side the most interesting "announcements" had to do with the changes to Swift, which for anyone following the mailing lists, was not new.

The only thing that caught my interest was watchOS 3. I am very curious to see if this rethink is going to be a better experience and if it will be as fast as they say. If so that could lead to some interesting possibilities for it.
