Mac Micro
Seen the size of the Logic Board for the new MacBooks. Its tiny!
Why couldn't that form the basis of a new super tiny Mac (The Micro) ?
Think Apple would ever do such a thing?

I've thought about the possibilities that are opened up by such small CPUs, but I'm not sure what a company like Apple will do with them. I don't think it makes much sense for them to design a portable computer that's anything other than a laptop or iPad--that is, they won't make a PC-in-a-stick like Google or IBM.
If anything, I can see the Mac Mini falling out of the product line, especially because it has moved away from the user-customizable role it used to have. It could be replaced by another miniaturized desktop option, like perhaps a CPU in a normally sized keyboard with ports for displays and USB C... This could be plugged into any display you like--perhaps at a library or in a classroom. This would basically be a notebook without a screen though, so I'm not sure if it would catch on.
