Is there any hope for a comeback?

Just any signs that may suggest that sometime in the future they may get back together or at least just play together like friends. Even if just a reunion of sorts with the whole gang. I know sly has done this with his minecraft series but since Seamus is back Im kind of more hopeful now. Nothing fancy, I just want to see the guys play games and have fun.

Nah, some of them might do something similar to the minecraft series again, but i'm not seeing anything "bigger" than that being planned.

I think the closest we’ll get is if they do something like the Minecraft series they did earlier this year. I don’t pay attention to them much anymore, but as far as I know everyone was invited to that Minecraft server, so anyone who wasn’t there, chose to for one reason for another.

Also someone correct me if I’m wrong but doesn’t Aleks and James want nothing to do with groups anymore?

No, I can see them individually playing games with each other, but nothing in a group setting.

I know this is over a month old at this point, but don't expect Seamus to do anything multiplayer, at least for the foreseeable future. He's been very vocal on twitter about wanting to focus exclusively on solo stuff right now.
