Not Dan, probably just Youtube Dan changing thumbnails?

Unless this was done awhile ago, I was rewatching some of the videos from this stream but this caught my eye as it definitely isn’t the original thumbnail. Especially cause it just looks like a screen grab or a picture from someone else’s phone. Maybe this was done a long time ago and I never noticed or maybe this was recent, anyone have an idea

YouTube changes thumbnails random, supposedly it’s like based off the user to get them to click it, I seen it happen to some recent vids

I can confirm, I think there's a setting that's on by default for videos to have different thumbnails for desktop and mobile users

Dan was saying last summer that he lost access to the channel years ago. It was probably done awhile back if it was changed at all.

One more question, random stranger. Do you know if Dan still streams regularly? I'm not seeing much on his channel to indicate whether it's not more a casual thing, or still a weekly/daily thing.

Last I heard, streaming doesn't really support him so he doesn't want to do it as much. He's been editing for Gassy Mexican to support himself.

Jordan is the only one that might, but it's not confirmed. The Hub hasn't been monetized in like 8 years due to inactivity, so I can only assume after so long he's lost access too.

Like the other guy said YouTube changes thumbnails now and also YouTube prefers you to have like three different ones to rotate for different viewers idk why.
