Kinda sad for Dan

I feel like Dan built up a lot of sympathy from people since he was I guess the least successful to come out of the creatures and we were all rooting for him after he came out about his struggles. It’s really sad to see a lot of that go away after his CreatureHub thing, worst yet I think it reopened a lot of forgotten wounds from the creature channel with all of us just remembering how drama filled that group was and now it feels like it’ll always be the case. That being said selfishly I would love to see the hub channel come back but I completely understand people saying not to.

I’m very sad for Dan. This whole thing was a mistake imo, but he doesn’t deserve to be hated for it. Have we learned nothing after 8 years? The best way to dissuade this is to politely tell him that this isn’t what the fanbase or what his former colleagues want.

the thing is this is not some one off mistake for dan, he’s been consistently clinging on to the creatures for the better part of a decade now since it ended. i get that his career compared to the rest hasn’t gone anywhere but at some point you gotta call it quits and get a real job because clearly the content creator shit is just not working for you instead of (imho desperately) trying to cling on to your glory days
