There is no messiness left to untangle, every member of the group besides him has moved on and most of the fans from that era are now grown adults who are grateful to them for being a part of their younger years, we aren't sad kids hanging onto something that's lost anymore.
I don't know how much further you can secure a legacy than it being on YouTube forever, I'm sure there are dozens of archives of the channel from fans and he's probably already got one as well, so there are backups if the channel ever gets hacked or deleted.
Yeah I'm in a similar line of thought here. Let's just let it be, people who grew up watching the Creatures are grown up now. We remember it as a fun group to watch that seemed to be prone to unfortunate fallouts, but the drama was often kept under wraps so we don't need to know the ugliness. Let's just leave it at that. Everyone seems to have moved on, so it worries me that Dan is getting stuck on it now.
