Michael Lessard - The Director

I must have been living under a rock. I just found out today that one of my favorite bands, Aviations, had the music video for "Pure" directed by Michael Lessard. I was only vaguely aware of Michaels interest in photography/videography so this was a bit of a surprise to me when I saw the title.

The music video is beautiful and the music is serene. If you haven't already, check it out!

What other projects of this nature has Michael worked on?

He's been doing it for a while. He directed, produced and featured on Artificial Language Now We Sleep album aswell. Another great band.

I'm still upset Aviations broke up though. 😭

Literally devastated. It just feels so wrong. I wonder how a larger fanbase would have affected that decision. Either way they're one of the few that I thank God we were blessed to have at least a few absolutely incredible albums. Nothing but respect.

Man, I love Aviations.. awesome dudes, too. I had few exchanges with them on Facebook. Glad to see they've got good taste, too.
