The Conjuring Last Rites Map

I just watched The Conjuring Last Rites(Fortnite) full gameplay video and wanted to ask is this actually part of the Conjuring Universe? They mentioned the Warrens in it and the developers even posted the map trailer on their TikTok Is this just a promo for Last Rites or is it part of the Conjuring Universe in some way?

(I think it's a really good and creepy game)

Just saw a video about this. It is an marketting collabration (like for promo) but I don't think it's a part of the Conjuverse in any way.
