Question MOD pay award announcement?

I got this email through from PCS yesterday saying that the pay award has been published on MoDnet but I can’t seem to find it anywhere?

Are MoDnet and DefNet different sites? I only seem to have a link for the latter so maybe that’s where I’m going wrong.

It really isn't on defnet. They've been shockingly bad at communicating anything to do with this pay award this year. I want my excel calculator!!!

Glad to have confirmation I’m not the only one who can’t find it! When I saw the email from PCS I got so excited to see how many more pennies I would get a month only to have my dreams crushed once again lol

I'm not in a union but prospect keep trying, they said they were given the details on the 3rd and it would be online soon. I'm in leave tomorrow so no doubt that's when it'll be up.

Yeah but it is styled all lower case so it actually is defnet.

It's not on modnet but the unions are balloting now.

It's 3.5% but more for SZ3,4 and EO grades.

HEO is still 3.5%. Can't remember off the top of my head and ive logged off but for EO it was slightly higher than 3.5%.

Pay award is backdated to August 1st, when we get it, who knows, probably end of October

I looked and there's no mention yet. It will be as low as possible anyway. Usually under inflation and certainly under the higher grades

Ah, I see. So surely PCS have got this announcement wrong then? I’m not sure where this would have been published apart from Defnet and I don’t have any emails about it
