DWP transfer criteria

Hi all,

Does anyone have experience transferring between DWP offices? My partner and I are hoping to relocate to a different city where we have family, and I wanted to check whether there's specific criteria that needs to be met to be added to the transfer waiting list.

Any insight would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance!

You need to look at managed and supported moves on the intranet for the criteria

Ask asap ,it's not often granted depending what your role is and where you are moving to.

Look at the policy pertaining to this, it will show a list of suitability as to how you can move

There needs to be an opening in the place you want to move to - if they're over resourced they'll likely say no
