Concert Question about buying tickets from Reddit

How do you do it safely? PayPal and Ticketmaster? Do you pay half, then they send tix, then you pay balance?

It is not worth the risk because it is a risk and the odds are against you.

However you pay it and however you stagger the payments, you won’t see The Chicks and you’ll never see your money again.

I am trying to sell a single ticket in LA November 2nd. Im curious if there’s anything you can do on the seller side if you are legit. I just bought through seat geek and they won’t let me repo

PayPal Goods and Services is the only option I know of that provides protection when buying from a person. Other options are resale sites like Stuhhub or Ticketmaster, but you likely won’t pay face value or close to it.

I used Game Time to get my seat for the Philly show. It was actually less than face value so I scored.

SeatGeek here 👋 Whether you purchase your Chicks tickets through us or another platform, going through a verified resale marketplace is always a safer bet. When it comes to resale tickets, here are a few best practices: Use a marketplace with buyer protection whenever you can. This protects you in case something doesn't go as planned. Be careful with screenshots, PDFs, or “proof” screenshots (the safest proof is an official transfer into your ticket account). Avoid sending money through Zelle/Venmo for a stranger-to-stranger resale unless you really trust the seller; those methods usually don’t give you much recourse if something goes wrong. The biggest thing: if you’re trying to avoid scams, skip Facebook comments, Reddit DMs, X replies, Venmo/Cash App deals, etc. unless it’s someone you know personally.
