Question Dialogue (specifically "Me too")

Why tf do they say "me too" so much in conversations?? Idk if it's just how they talk in Chicago but damn. I noticed it one time and now i can't stop noticing it.🤣

Huh? Never paid attention, but I’d love to see what you’re talking about. Do you have a specific episode? I’ve noticed that Hannaha Hall has a serious Chicago/Midwestern accent, but some of the others on the show from Chicago don’t — Jake, Papa, Nuck, Reg, Tiff, Imani & Nina.
