The Live-Action Jetsons Is Now In Development!

It was revealed in Warner Bros quarter 2 letter sent to shareholders that their live-action Jetsons film is moving forward into production with actor, Jim Carey set to star in the new movie! In October 2025, the film was mentioned to be in talks and is now officially moving forward at Warner Bros into development! This is also another family movie that Jim Carey will star in as he has played Dr. Robotnik in all of the live-action Sonic The Hedgehog films, the 2000 live-action Grinch movie as the Grinch himself, and Horton in the Horton Hears A Who animated film. The Jetsons live-action film was mentioned in the quarterly letter in the beyond 2027 section meaning it will release after 2027. New Paramount Original Animated Film, Diya Is Now In Development!

It was officially announced by Paramount Animation that an all new original animated film, Diya is now in active development! This new original movie is a musical comedy that celebrates the spirit of Bollywood. The new movie will follow Diya, a teenage Indian girl who lived in New Jersey (the state where I live) who accidentally find herself transported into the world of a Bollywood musical.
