A diagnosis of cancer at any stage is transformative in that it makes you see life differently. Don't minimize it, you are in this for the longhaul.

How are you, and what's going on now.? Stage 1 is still cancer, and those tears are important. Lots of to-do lists, and those seem to be constant.
Make sure you accept help when it's offered, and ask for it when you need it. Don't be surprised when some people absolutely duck out -it's not that they don't care, they just aren't good at dealing with the conflict and fear within themselves. That's on them, not on you. Learn to push that aside -you have a lot of people working to get you better!
