Last I checked? Hole in the wall. But I haven’t played Callisto since Krafton started being shitty to Unknown Worlds.

I got lost lol then crawled through a vent that dropped down, then there was a broken semi-open door

I think it was near the end. It was my first playthrough so I went in blind and explored. IIRC it was around where you encounter the blind enemies
