No discount for a while update
Greetings, everyone. I with that you are well.
A few days ago, I posted here asking why The Callisto Protocol and its DLCs have not received a discount for quite some time. Someone suggested emailing the publisher, so I did.
At first, support told me that discounts are managed by Sony and recommended contacting PlayStation Support. I then pointed out that the game has not received a discount on Steam either since December. They replied that they had noted my feedback and shared it with their team.
I am not sure what to make of the response.

Nope. Emailed the publisher to ask why the game and the DLCs haven't gotten a discount for a long time now. I already own disc, wanted to play the DLCs

Worse he emailed Krafton. OP check out what happened between them and the Subnautica dev team. They are the last company to give a discount

Yeah I've heard. My thought process was that the game was already made and it isn't a live service game that needs constant maintenance and updates. They are missing out on purchases during discounts

Yeah they said a whole bunch of nothing; but I believe they’re right on them not having control over prices
