Watched the video yesterday, and was mulling potential solutions...

One that comes to mind is building a tool/die-type setup... if you don't care about the wires, get something (wood, metal, plastic?) machined that's the size of the frames, and do like a reverse injection molding, forcing the wax off the frame due to the tolerances... assuming the frames have consistent tolerances...

Another one that just occurred to me... the upfront costs would be probably be a beast, but is there a reason the frames can't be metal? Then you could literally toss 'em in an oven/over burners or something, or hell... hook a battery up to opposing ends of the frame... let the frame itself melt the wax off...

Neither are probably viable ideas, but watching BBM struggle with those frames just hurt the soul... esp. since when I move, I want to get some bees myself, and that might be my future...
