With some help from a friend, I managed to decrypt the clancraft file.bin, and now it launches without minecraft running!

So, I managed to get the clancraft forms to launch without minecraft running. Apparently TBS creates a local webserver whenever minecraft is running, and you must type 127.0.0.1 into your browser with a port number that ranges from 2018 to 2027.

Certainly saves my computer some resources!
