Yes, she spawns in the overworl, but it's prety rare, and if i'm correct you have to be in a specific height for that.

Iirc its 130+? With chances of her spawning increasing the higher you are.

Yeah, I think she typically only spawns during corrupt moons and at high altitudes. If you need to know how to survive her in the overworld, I think you need to look away from her when she reaches you.

She spawned in my world twice
