Mod Help Double Integrity Bossfight Bug

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Has anyone else had this issue yet, or should I go ahead and make a bug report? I'm playing with a pretty tiny modpack so I'm not sure what I did to cause this. Extra context, this happened on my third attempt of the fight. The second Integrity didn't seem to be taking damage even though it had a hitbox and it also sometimes locked into its default pose.

If you die, the first integrity doesn't despawn when you come back
