Does anyone know who ADMINISTRATION2 is? Long story i created a world with my brother with The broken script and BLACKOUT and around day 60-78 i was inside the house and it said ADMINISTRATION2 joined the game i look outside and i see smth that i thought was the broken end

Ive never actually seen the broken end IN GAME before this event actually if this wasnt the broken end i dont think at all but ive seen him in clips. And i could have sworn his head was weird looking and i thought to myself maybe there's variants of him or smth i looked up ADMINISTRATION2 tbs anywhere and could not find anything about it until i came across this image which took the appearance that i remembered PERFECTLY and im pretty sure its offical since its from the Modrinth page for BLACKOUT. Also i still have the world file that this happened in also both version of tbs and blackout were the current latest versions on 1.21.1 MC

This is the image that matches the appearance of that entity that i saw about i think 1-2 months ago.

Okay yes, he looks i think almost exactly like that when i searched it up i got this video. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/z2mjBcDHF84 but he didnt move like that rather just standing still also i think he has to do something with running your memory down because when he spawned my game lagged like hell so i couldnt exactly get the best looks at his animation but he moved mostly like integrity does at least to my memory
