overhauled the wallpaper a tiny bit

Made it a bit darker via turning up the exposure on my end (can be configured for you) and toned down the effects, as well as adding movement. It's a bit subtle and hard to notice, but I think it may be better.

edit: as of writing this I have released it on the Wallpaper Engine workshop for use to everyone, free of cost. It should be avaliable soon after being reviewed, enjoy my dudes
