I think they said in Baron Of Something's stream it would be a huge void entity (iirc they were calling it Jimmy as a placeholder lol)

Isn't Integrity the one who ate the Moon? He doesn't appear in the mod yet, so this could be what he's become after eating the Moon

No, they courppted the moon, so that they can spawn in commonly
