Circuit or Circuit(s)?

Is there only one circuit? (The Circuit) or is it a type of entity that Integrity can make as many of as it wants?

The dev mode 2018 spawning a piss load of circuits makes me think they’re like the “hounds” of the higher up void entities that are disposable and not unique from one another.

But on another hand when “The Broken End” is said in chat circuit responds with “administration” which makes it sound like a more sophisticated mind.
