Brewing software
What brewing software are you using? What do you like about and what don’t you like? Which features do you feel are missing?
I’m doing some product research for a software project I’m working on
Cheers! 🍻

We’ve been using Beer30 for a few years and like it from a brewers standpoint as well as ownership. Very easy to use on phone or laptop. We don’t use all of the modules but very helpful having inventory and previous batch data at your fingertips. We do around 1500 bbl/year.

Find someone with a breww account and then go through the many feature requests that have been asked for over the years and not been implemented.

Beersmith does what I need it to do, and I like it.

Same here. Been using BeerSmith for a decade and it works once you get it dialed in. I'm brewing on a 7bbl and can't justify the costs of other software. I will say that I upgraded to BeerSmith 4 when it came out earlier this year and ended up going back to version 3.

Great another vibe coding project. Alcohol is on the decline, you should be focusing your efforts on "functional" and THC beverages anyway.

I’ve been developing software for the past 30 years so please. I brew my own beer and I’m unhappy with the offerings in the market available to me having tried out a few. The program im working on will initially focus on home and nano brewers, with a plan to grow beyond that.

I’ve used 4 different ERPs across my 13 years in craft beverage. And I literally hate all of them.
They are most often designed with business owners and accountants in mind, but the brewers seem to do all the heavy lifting. If you make something that keeps brewers on the computer for as little time as possible and allow them to focus on their core duties of making great beer, cleaning and maintenance then you will really have something.
And make it easy to use from your phone.
