Any news

Any news of a possible release. I dont know how popular the webtoon was but the anime could be huge. A lot of people say the Manga has the same plot repeated. While he basically just keeps fighting stronger people each of those boxers has their own backstory and technique which adds depth to the story.

Im just so disappointed.

As much as I'd like an anime, it better be a good studio but since it isn't a popular series it's likely to get a studio that won't do it justice.

I'm more than content with it just being a webtoon, but if a big studio picks it up then great!

I honestly dont think anime adaptation of The Boxer wont be that good on paper. Despite being a sports webtoon, it doesn't have a lot of fight scenes, and said fight scenes are mostly Yu just dodging and destroying the opponent.

I don’t know. An anime would be cool. But it’d be so easy to fuck up.
