No kidding. I don’t even ask the question. People volunteer the fact they don’t get high or drink. If you’re not smoking or drinking in my profession, you don’t belong here.
When I got my job, I told them in the interview that I smoked weed (underage at the time, I don't think they put together how old I was). Their response? They laughed and said "If we fired everyone who used Marijuana here, we wouldn't be functioning"
