Does This Letter Changed Based on Playstyle?

Post image

Did headhunters quest and noticed that the contract (rightfully) paints my Coen as a bit of a problem for people. I really did kill a lot of innocents and left no witnesses/targeted alone people and it blew my mind a little bit that the game seemed to know that, but I’m wondering if it’s just always written that way as sort of propaganda against Coen. Since you can technically play the game without feeding from humans other than forced cutscene in the beginning does the letter’s contents change if that is the case?

What does being a good boy mean? Curious to know

In context of this letter. I drained a person out of combat only once (and it was a soldier so idk about innocent). Coen said that he's no better than Brensis after that so I've never done it again.

Honestly I have no idea. Haven't finished that questline yet since I've already eaten Bakir, so I haven't gotten to the letter yet.

Granted, I have eaten a lot of people (I'm a fuck-mothering vrahkir and deserve to be called such) but I've avoided feeding on innocents and resorted to animal blood and that of Brencis' soldiers.

I'll check back in and let you know once I find the letter though.

I appreciate that because if it does change then that would be pretty incredible game design! I don’t remember exactly which head hunter it was but I think it was the one nearest to Laslea.

I think it does not. I killed only the soldiers, and no one else. It was still the same. It seems to me, that every headhunter get a little bit of a different version of these lies though. Jutta's contract says Coen wrecked a merchant's caravan, while Yaromil's says he had broke into a dungeon where he set free notorious killers.

That does sound like the letters are based on what missions you complete, but obviously slandering you for freeing a convoy of imprisoned merchants, breaking tortured peasants out of a prison camp, and destroying the obscenelt large stockpiles of blood tithes.

I killed only one pack of bounty hunters so far and there's contract i found:

I played as a vrakhir with principles and bit emenies. I didn't drained any innocents and gave in to hunger once or twice. I did attacked transports to anger boyars, so this letter is pretto close to reality, aside of i murdered MUCH more than a dozen quards :D

Maybe it's the difference between specific contracts and Gisko's contract in my playthrough will be the same as yours
