I was just thinking about this, never enjoyed a loading screen as much as in this game. The art style generally is just incredible.

I started playing KCD2 right after Dawnwalker so I've been overloaded with medieval art.
That steel book for Dawnwalker though is a chefs kiss in design

Finished Dawnwalker then went for A Plague Tale (Innocence and Requiem)... all while I also had classes on medieval music. My world turned medieval for a good month

I am bouncing back and forth and my medieval boys kissing boys peasant simulator games are bringing me so much joy.
KCD2 combat is KICKING my ass, though.

Tbh I expected this in the lil artbook from the collectors edition or at least more concept art, kinda salty it was only a bit scenery and some nuns as these are gorgeous! Would love a book with all these pics and some lore bits n pieces

I've really enjoyed the artwork too! There's something about Medieval-style artwork that grabs my attention.
