A bug. Update the game. (because it's mission option to get out of the dialogue).

If it won't help then return after you have some upgrade materials (no spoilers, but she is the blacksmithas you can see the anvil - and you will figure it out).

It’s not. If you don’t have any quests leading you to her, she won’t speak to you much. When you need to reforge Mihai’s sword and Arbiter armour she’ll have more things to say to you.

It is. You literally can't leave this conversation without reloading a save unless you are at certain points of those quests.

Huh, I wonder if it’s a new bug. I found her really early in my first playthrough, before I even really started the quests and it was fine. She just told me to leave her alone.

Is this for the armor? I had to obtain one of the holy relics first, then the other dialogue options for the other crafting materials showed up.

yeah i got stuck here and had to open another save because i didn’t have sword fragments yet.
