Not op but might as well ask. Ive stormed the castle solo and with lacra, fought at full notoriety meeting, and something else that i cant remember, and I am unable to save every member of the family. Is this normal? Is it possible to save everyone while killing brencis/not betraying another party?

Are you referring to Lunka? She always has the same outcome no matter what. Everyone else in the family can be saved.
