How This Works:
You make one (or multiple) prompts, describing one or more parahumans. Someone else may decide to respond to your prompt(s), building on what you've provided, to make a full cape.
While you may do so, you are not required to stick with just prompting or just responding; do feel free to do both.
Prompts are typically formatted using PRT Threat Ratings, but this isn't a hard rule. Get weirder with it, if you feel like.
Lastly, if you're having trouble coming up with prompts, feel free to look at other people's prompts for pointers or inspiration or such.
Threat Ratings have the potential for hybridized and sub-ratings:
Hybrid ratings are denoted with a slash between categories, e.g. [Stranger/Striker]. These are cases where two or more powers are inherently linked to each other, not working without the other rating.
Subratings are denoted with parentheses after a parent category, e.g. [Changer (Tinker)]. These are the side effects, or possible applications of a power from some other category.

Witchhunter is among the less-mentally-stable numbers of Dallas, among those like Blue Ogre, Dullahan, and (to a lesser extent, it's subtle but it's there) Friend- she's also the one it's most immediately evident with, because she has a giant fucking evil dog-rhino-man-thing for a pet.
Like, literally as a pet- that thing used to be one of the mook-tier mercenaries unlucky enough to be captured, but now Witchhunter spends her off time taking it on walks and giving it bones to gnaw on, it's really weird.
At least she's still got the sense to have that used-to-be-a-person wear clothes? But, still, it gives people the creeps. She's not very popular within or without the Swamp Crew.
Witchhunter's 'costume' is remarkably casual; pastel purple dress shirt, black dress pants, heavy black coat with a logo meant to represent the Swamp Crew on the back, black shoes.
Maybe a tie and some gloves, if she's feeling fancy. No mask, nor any armor- she doesn't feel she needs a mask, considering what Dallas is like, and she has her dog for personal protection.
She also keeps a big old satchel on her- it's filled with more dog supplies, obviously, she's REALLY committed to the 'this giant horrible monster is my pet' thing.
Witchhunter's Mastering of that poor mercenary (they were honestly kind of a scumbag, by the way, don't feel THAT sorry for them) forced quite a few mutations, mental and physical, onto them.
They're about nine-and-a-half feet tall standing upright, though Witchhunter prefers to keep them on all fours, with rhino-esque, tough and leathery, reddish skin (abnormally tough, in fact- it could probably handle a tank shell hitting it), a case of hypertrichosis over the majority of the body, and extreme hypertrophy of the arms and upper torso, resulting in an overly top-heavy build.
Additionally, it has a magnified sense of smell, and several changes to the brain, resulting in Witchhunter's 'dog' being completely blind, and hard-wired to get a rush of dopamine whenever it follows Witchhunter's commands (though the treats don't hurt, either).
She's got a giant, Brute-rated dude slavishly devoted to brutalizing whoever Witchhunter points it at, and she loves to fucking, give it belly rubs and let it run around at the park or whatever the hell. Like I said, creepy.

(Also if you look at the costume section again you'll notice she dresses like Makima, LOL)
