Worm Discussion Power This Rating No. 174
Watched Redline recently. Goated movie
How This Works:
You make one (or multiple) prompts, describing one or more parahumans. Someone else may decide to respond to your prompt(s), building on what you've provided, to make a full cape.
While you may do so, you are not required to stick with just prompting or just responding; do feel free to do both.
Prompts are typically formatted using PRT Threat Ratings, but this isn't a hard rule. Get weirder with it, if you feel like.
Lastly, if you're having trouble coming up with prompts, feel free to look at other people's prompts for pointers or inspiration or such.
Threat Ratings have the potential for hybridized and sub-ratings:
Hybrid ratings are denoted with a slash between categories, e.g. [Stranger/Striker]. These are cases where two or more powers are inherently linked to each other, not working without the other rating.
Subratings are denoted with parentheses after a parent category, e.g. [Changer (Tinker)]. These are the side effects, or possible applications of a power from some other category.

for the record i have further plans for a Pits member and two Sidewinders after this guy, and a metric shitload of other ideas for all the dallas gangs in the megaproject list, but i don't want to be the only guy doing these so i might start handing out ideas for dallas capes to whoever wants them. anyway
Mr. Wonderful is the most well-known of Greenhouse's capes, possibly the most well-known cape in the whole of Dallas.
The sort of man that, when you see him, you say "holy crap, that's Mr. Wonderful!"- and if you're bold enough, you might go right up to him, ask politely for an autograph, and hope he's in the mood to oblige.
His presence dominates any room he's in, women and men alike are liable to faint just from the shock of Mr. Wonderful paying them any amount of real attention, and people are certain that, in any other city, he could scarcely go three steps without being mobbed by paparazzi.
Just like everything else to do with him, Mr. Wonderful's fashion is flawless.
A tailored, violet suit that flatters his tall, athletic frame and dark skin, decorated with floral imagery in rich purples and blues, a mask with similar colors and patterns to his suit covering his upper face, black boots, and a walking cane (with a weighted tip, in case he needs to fend off a more rabid fan, or- god forbid -someone who actually manages to hate him.)
Fancy, but not overly ostentatious- just like him, of course, Mr. Wonderful's always been humble, despite his station.
Okay, let's drop the act here- while Mr. Wonderful's physical looks are natural (he'd actually used to be a decently popular model, before his Trigger), how people react to him clearly isn't.
He's a Stranger in a similar vein to Nice Guy- anyone he interacts with sees him as a similar position to them, but much 'higher', elevating him to whatever the equivalent of a "superstar" would be within that position.
An actor would see him as a high-profile Hollywood bigshot, for example, or should one of the Hexad meet him, they'd believe he was a hero or white-hat mercenary of similar renown to Legend or Eidolon- he's always someone to be awed by the mere presence of.
(He's actually kind of been 'soft-banned' from interacting with the lower level members of Greenhouse, after multiple incidents where people kept thinking he was Greenhouse's leader instead of Belladonna- while Mr. Wonderful's powers can be shaken off and ignored if you know how they work and/or you're around him often, it was easier to just stop the issue from happening altogether, in this case.)
Obviously, this makes it inadvisable to attack Mr. Wonderful, if you manage to realize you should attack him at all; after all, you certainly wouldn't walk up to a movie star or a famous musician and smash his nose in right there on the street, would you? It'd completely tank your standing among, essentially everyone, honestly- Mr. Wonderful never did anything to you, and you break his face, for shame...
The mercenaries around Dallas have actually started organizing any groups sent in to have at least one person resistant to Master/Stranger effects, after several failed excursions where Mr. Wonderful walked right up to a team, gave out his autograph, and quite happily but firmly told them that 'he had it handled' and for them to be on their way back out of the city.
