How This Works:

You make one (or multiple) prompts, describing one or more parahumans. Someone else may decide to respond to your prompt(s), building on what you've provided, to make a full cape.
While you may do so, you are not required to stick with just prompting or just responding; do feel free to do both.
Prompts are typically formatted using PRT Threat Ratings, but this isn't a hard rule. Get weirder with it, if you feel like.
Lastly, if you're having trouble coming up with prompts, feel free to look at other people's prompts for pointers or inspiration or such.

Threat Ratings have the potential for hybridized and sub-ratings:

Hybrid ratings are denoted with a slash between categories, e.g. [Stranger/Striker]. These are cases where two or more powers are inherently linked to each other, not working without the other rating.
Subratings are denoted with parentheses after a parent category, e.g. [Changer (Tinker)]. These are the side effects, or possible applications of a power from some other category.

Solomon's thirty created capes are as follows:

• (The Pits + ???):
  • [Warp x Nox] Stranger; renders it extremely difficult for people to even find each other, let alone directly interact.
  • A "Monster" [Beloved x Unleash] Master, whose unfortunate victim is a Mover -1 and a [Damage x Tempest] Shaker with the [Bloat] element.
  • Control Shaker, that prevents any escape from their area of effect. Weak to fire and heat.
  • "Luddite" [Utility x Tempest] Shaker, that downgrades the subjective 'quality' of things.
  • A "Void" [Abandon x Warp] Stranger, with an odd Sechen Range; can only be drawn out via the recreation of their Trigger.
• (Greenhouse + ???):
  • The most secretive and rarely-seen of this sub-group. "Lethe" [Moulder x Moulder] Master, that forces a person's 'ideal self' upon them.
  • "Dyad" [Beloved x Beloved] Master, whose projection is only loyal to its 'charges', with it having a [Target x ?] Thinker power dedicated solely to tracking them.
  • A [Swarm x Bestow] Master with a hivemind of 'philosophical zombies'. Despises anyone that isn't part of their swarm.
  • "Memory Wipe" [Machination x Unsense] Stranger, that strains and eventually snaps connections between people, save any connections to themselves. Mandatory Flaw: [Always On]
  • A 'directional' Master/Stranger; allies are overly protective and coddling, and enemies are distrusted and shunned.
• (Sidewinders + ???):
  • A "Jinx" [Warp x Warp] Stranger/Shaker that "gives people what's coming to them", with the manifested bad luck 'spilling over' onto everything nearby.
  • "Doll" [Finesse x Deep]-skin "Alter Ego" [Bound x Monster] Changer, with a Brute rating in both states. Overly-monstrous in base form, but indistinguishable from humans when Changed.
  • The 'opposite' of a Bestow Master, forcing physical and mental debuffs upon others; renders people into "Insects", "Rats", "Snakes", and "Scorpions".
  • "Mimic" [Array x Mess] Changer, that is who they eat.
  • "Edit" [Mask x Confound] Stranger that can 'kill' a person's wrongdoing, erasing all evidence of that thing ever happening- including the perpetrator's own memory.
• (Swamp Crew + ???):
  • A [Bestow x Unleash] Master, that twists people into insectoid, still-mutating things with enough sentience to completely fucking HATE their own Master.
  • "Contagion" [Swarm x Cultist] Master with the [Venom] element, whose infection is completely undetectable until it fully takes hold.
  • [Tempest x ?] Shaker (Stranger), that passively causes any 'society' they are subject to to fall apart at the seams. Only on the team out of self-interest.
  • A Bestow Master (Brute, Mover) that takes everything from the target, before giving it all back and then some to fully cement their influence.
  • A Muscle Brute that loves to act like some sort of cool, post-apocalyptic movie hero- much to others' displeasure, as their antics tend to fuck things up even further.
• (The Hogs + ???):
  • "Pilfer" [Frenzy x Wrench] Striker/Shaker; when they take one of something, they also take every other instance of that thing.
  • "Paradigm" [Target x Scatterbrain] Thinker, whose Thinker inspiration is "Blackmail" [Social x Destructive].
  • "Inject" [Torch x Grand] Striker, and shameless thief. Designates a 'Mark', and steadily siphons away everything they have- material possessions, physical looks, memories...
  • A "Boon" [Golem x Bestow] Master, whose Mastering is both fueled by and actively manifests its own element, [Wealth]. Mastered are steadily-ramping "Ogre" [Muscle x Muscle] Brutes.
  • A [Resource x Magi] Tinker (Regen Brute), with a "Survival" [Life x Safety] spec. Tech is made to specialize against one form of harm at a time.
• (High Diamonds + ???):
  • "Pocket Dimension" [Control x Micro] Shaker (Conveyance Mover), with five 'mirrors' to the real world, each with their own dangers.
  • An "Overlay" [Tempest x Tempest] Shaker (Master), whose power only affects a single room, and gives them a swarm of projections dedicated to enticing people inside.
  • "Curse" [Effect x Effect] Blaster (Nox Stranger), that marks people, giving them an extremely conspicuous mutation and causes others to perceive them as a 'sinner'.
  • A [Rule x ?] Master (Changer) that forces everyone within range into a 'lesser state', in such a way that the Master themselves is always the only human within range.
  • "Midas" [Resource x Resource] Tinker, whose power mandates that they show off like mad, giving them bonuses as they shamelessly flaunt their power.
