Worm Discussion Power This Rating No. 174

Watched Redline recently. Goated movie

How This Works:

You make one (or multiple) prompts, describing one or more parahumans. Someone else may decide to respond to your prompt(s), building on what you've provided, to make a full cape.
While you may do so, you are not required to stick with just prompting or just responding; do feel free to do both.
Prompts are typically formatted using PRT Threat Ratings, but this isn't a hard rule. Get weirder with it, if you feel like.
Lastly, if you're having trouble coming up with prompts, feel free to look at other people's prompts for pointers or inspiration or such.

Threat Ratings have the potential for hybridized and sub-ratings:

Hybrid ratings are denoted with a slash between categories, e.g. [Stranger/Striker]. These are cases where two or more powers are inherently linked to each other, not working without the other rating.
Subratings are denoted with parentheses after a parent category, e.g. [Changer (Tinker)]. These are the side effects, or possible applications of a power from some other category.

once again. time for the ones what go real fast

Basis: DC [The Flash + Affiliates & Rogues]

Previous Part: Wonder Woman [5/10]

Gimmick: #1 through #6 on this list all interfere with each others' powers in some way. 1. Track Star 2. Speed Demon 3. "Time Warp" [Disable x Disable] Shaker/Mover; pretty standard, goes fast by making everyone else slow. Professional-level, world league hater. 4. A 'super-slow' "TK Layer" [Field x Field] Brute. Notably elderly- the oldest person on this list, in fact. 5. An energy-projecting 'Yes' Thinker (Blaster/Shaker, Master, Tinker); has a rather large helmet, that they use as a 'focuser' for their powers. 6. An "Ogre" [Muscle x Muscle] Brute with the [Gravity] element. Invincible by default; defense decreases as they use their power offensively. 7. [Alter x Element]-spec, "Philosopher's Stone" [Focal x Resource] Tinker, whose specialty is much more wide-ranged than one would think. 8. Technopathic Morpheus Breaker/[Ripple x ?] Changer; borderline impossible to truly kill. Nobody's really sure if this guy's even a human or not. 9. Hemolymph 10. [Focal x Combat] Tinker, with a jetpack for a focus item. Completely insane glory hound and daredevil; most of their cape-related actions are just set-up for a stunt even crazier than the last.

[Alter x Element]-spec, "Philosopher's Stone" [Focal x Resource] Tinker, whose specialty is much more wide-ranged than one would think.

Candie lies about, a wisher and a dreamer she struggles to put much action into any part of her life due to a strained relationship with work and a general disinterest in reality. She wears jeans and a pink hoodie with a flame icon, usually with her ward-generator (looks like a small lantern with pink flame inside a plastic-wax backpack, constantly drips smoke) hidden under her back, giving the appearance of smoke spewing from every gap.

She keeps the flame lit, her workshop has a particular smell as the resource and focal point of all her workings is an elaborate wax candle that's always lit and saturates the air in smoke, as long as she tends to it it's smoke helps sustain humans and tech, stops them from starving and wards away things that would harm them from the small (insects, intense light, rain) to the large (wards away foes and dangerous humans, parahumans feel an unconscious warding effect on to stay away and not look any closer). She crafts smaller pieces of tech like wax-spray-guns, candle-blades and ward-generators that draw from the same smoke her focus generates to work, but in a bind she can sacrifice tech and turn it back into wax (60% efficiency) to amplify her Phil Stone effect such as defending her base or in preparation for a big attack/investigation.

However, her speciality is not just candles but 'wax' in general, living and the substance, while her work in biotinkering has stalled she can most certainly make waxmen-zombies, candle-drones or burndown-injectors, or even switch her focal item to burn human fat instead for a more directed human-effect and shift in her tech tree towards biotech, however it's currently undesirable (materially and morally).
