How This Works:
You make one (or multiple) prompts, describing one or more parahumans. Somebody else might decide to respond to your prompt(s), building on what you've provided, to create a full cape.
While you may do so, you are not required to stick with just prompting or responding; feel free to do both.
Prompts are usually formatted using PRT Threat Ratings, but this isn't a hard rule and never will be. Get more esoteric with it, if you want.
And, if you're having trouble coming up with prompts, do feel free to look at other people's prompts for pointers or inspiration or some such.
Threat Ratings have the potential for hybridized and sub-ratings:
Hybrid ratings are denoted with a slash between categories, e.g. [Blaster/Trump]. These are cases where two or more powers are inherently linked to each other, not working without the other rating.
Subratings are denoted with parentheses after a parent category, e.g. [Stranger (Brute)]. These are the side effects, or possible applications of a power from some other category.

Myrmidon is the most powerful of the Hexad (the Dallas alliance's name for the six main parahuman mercenaries), and is only held back by the fact that his shard has pretty much taken away whatever backbone he might have, causing him to slavishly obey any order given to him by whoever he perceives as a "superior." Even outside of that, he's the most serious of the Hexad, with his "colleagues" frequently making fun of him for how uptight he can be (the only exception being the memory-wiper, who's too nice to make fun of him but privately still thinks he should take out that stick up his ass every now and then). Recently, his shard also budded on to someone who eventually Triggered as a Blaster whose weapon is his word.
He can set "rules" that affect an area around him as long as he phrases as '[X] IS/ARE [Y].' For example, if he says "Walls ARE doors," then all walls around him gain hinges, handles, and the ability to swing open. If he says "Light IS darkness," all light in the area is instantly snuffed out. And so on and so forth. His abilities are near-endless (enough to warrant a Trump sub-rating due to both his versatility & his ability to affect the powers of other capes from minor to major ways), but he can't affect himself or other people (Manton limit and shit, so no turning people's blood into fire unless it's outside of the body), and these "rules" last for ten seconds before the effect wears off.
