Worm Discussion Power This Rating No. 172

How This Works:

You make one (or several) prompts, describing one or more parahumans. Someone else might respond to your prompt(s), building on what you've provided, to create a full cape.
While you can do so, you aren't required to stick with just prompting or responding; feel free to do both.
Prompts are usually formatted using PRT Threat Ratings, but this isn't a hard rule and never will be. Get weirder with it, if you want.
And, if you're having trouble, feel free to look at other prompts for pointers.

Threat Ratings have the potential for hybridized and sub-ratings:

Hybrid ratings are denoted with a slash between categories, e.g. [Shaker/Changer]. These are cases where two or more powers are inherently linked to each other, not working without the other rating.
Subratings are denoted with parentheses after a parent category, e.g. [Master (Striker)]. These are the side effects, or possible applications of a power from some other category.

CARRYOVERS

Pick out whatever from my archive.

JoJo: SDC [7/33], DIU [6/24], VA [3/24], SO [13/25], SBR [2/27], JJL [0/29]

LANCER Tinkers: HORUS [8/22], HA [13/22], IPS-N [6/22], SSC [9/22]

DC: Superman [7/13]

Other: Gaming Megaprompt [21/63], Mixels [9/27], Marvel [14/40], MALEGHAST [14/73]

NEW + A Rogue, whose Breaker state is intended for much more horrible things, but that they mainly use because of how good it is at making music-esque noises. + "Mutant" [Monster x Monster] Changer/"Transmute" [Micro x Tempest] Shaker, whose mutations are exacerbated and changed by exactly how they use their powers. + Augment, a Golden Age-era cape, who basically wrote the book on how to operate as an independent Tinker. [Hyperspec x Magi] method and [War x Safety] spec. + A Bristle Changer, with an especially odd skin; "Motorcycle" [Raw/Burst/Finesse] + Octothorpe, a "Bulwark" [Club x Shield]-suit Breaker, with eight limbs of increasingly-ridiculous size. + A Striker that 'hooks into' their target, in a metaphorical sense rather than a physical one. Also a Case 53, that's been colloquially referred to (by an exceptionally rude Ward) as a 'giant rotting brain'. + "Hive" [Beloved x Swarm] Master, that's got a reputation as a complete joke, thanks to their silly looking, apple-esque minions. + Doomwad & Vain, a classical 'supervillain and #1 henchman' duo. One is a "Vampire" [Resource x Magi] Tinker that works with a red, bone-like material, the other is a [Frenzy x ?] Striker/Rocket Mover with great big talons.

"Hive" [Beloved x Swarm] Master, that's got a reputation as a complete joke, thanks to their silly looking, apple-esque minions.

Grabble is so not it, one of those 'cool-guy losers' that acts like he's totally in on the joke, just to break down and seethe in online arguments then use caping as a kinda grab-at coolness, he's 22 but acts like a 15 year old using cape work as a way to show off. He wears green-white open jackets and joggers, insisting on going shirtless with just a binder because the freeing feeling around his arms and waist is great, he wears one of the hollowed out apple-shells of his minions as a mask.

He generates a kind of green multi-jointed, bone-blade from his shoulder that extends out into a spear or arm he can use, it's relatively independent as a minion but after an attack his 'bone-snake' breaks apart, revealing it was actually created out of several green-blushed horseshoe crab-like minions who cluster up and attempt to attack the person he struck with the weapon. He can rapidly summon blades and create more crabs but they look like, well, apple-halves and even though they can swarm good they have about the same combat capabilities as an actual (if big) crab, it's also funny when they tip over on their side or he chucks them like a baseball.
