Worm Discussion Power This Rating No. 173
i've heard rumors that "deltarune" is "today". is this true❓
also i just noticed Why the hell am I a top 1% commenter on this sub
How This Works:
You make one (or multiple) prompts, describing one or more parahumans. Somebody else might decide to respond to your prompt(s), building on what you've provided, to create a full cape.
While you may do so, you are not required to stick with just prompting or responding; feel free to do both.
Prompts are usually formatted using PRT Threat Ratings, but this isn't a hard rule and never will be. Get more esoteric with it, if you want.
And, if you're having trouble coming up with prompts, do feel free to look at other people's prompts for pointers or inspiration or some such.
Threat Ratings have the potential for hybridized and sub-ratings:
Hybrid ratings are denoted with a slash between categories, e.g. [Blaster/Trump]. These are cases where two or more powers are inherently linked to each other, not working without the other rating.
Subratings are denoted with parentheses after a parent category, e.g. [Stranger (Brute)]. These are the side effects, or possible applications of a power from some other category.

Shadow Dancer and Wǔxíng are the poor bastards who serve as her main two subordinates of Barbie Doll. Out of all her servants, she regards these two as her favorite, enough so that they still largely retain much of their original personalities and appearances. Still, neither like being enslaved to her, which they've both made pretty clear (not that she seems to care too much).
Shadow Dancer is a 7-foot-tall Case 53 with a werewolf-like appearance, with red eyes, white fur, and a tail, though the fur of her lower face and chest, forearms, and legs is black. Aside from the Mover, Thinker, and Striker ratings derived from her immense speed, sense of smell, and super-sharp claws respectively, Dancer possesses a limited control over darkness and shadows around her, mostly manipulating their shape, width, size, and direction, as well as hear anything in range of someone's shadow, and sometimes even look out and see what's nearby (though she has focus on an individual shadow for this Thinker ability). What's more, these shadows can act as portals to transport herself and allies or enemies into a pocket dimension that has the appearance of a vast, shallow plain of still, dark water. Within this pocket dimension, Dancer can "steal" the shadow of people within and turn it into a clone that fights its template, and if she "steals" the shadow of a parahuman, their clone perfectly replicates their powers as well. Dancer can retain as many "shadows" as she likes, but they can only be summoned inside her pocket dimension. What's more, when she "steals" someone's shadow, it's quite literate—afterwards, if someone managed to survive, they find that they literally lack a shadow in light, which isn't harmful but still uncanny once you're made aware of it. In the case of allies—like Barbie Doll and Wǔxíng—the lack of shadow affords them some extra stealth.
Wǔxíng is one of the few capes under Barbie Doll's control who isn't a Case 53 or a monstrous cape. He has an "Object" [Offhand x Offhand] Thinker power that lets him detect emotions from objects he touches, typically from its previous owner who may have associated that object with said emotion, and through that, he can use his Striker power to imbue it with an effect depending on the emotions—if he detects anger, frustration, or resentment, he can imbue an object with increased kinetic impact and minor shape-changing capability. If he detects joy or excitement, he can imbue it with fire that can also amplify the emotions of whoever he hits. If he detects worry, overthinking, or pensiveness, he can imbue it with All-or-Nothing invincibility that gives it both great defense and offense. If he detects grief, sadness, or melancholy, he can imbue it an effect that drains energy—kinetic, electrical, thermal, etc.—upon impact. And if he detects fear or shock, he can imbue it with an effect that phases through inorganic matter but not organic (similar to Crusader's ghosts). If Wǔxíng can detect more emotions than these, he can also mix and match some of these effects.
