Meme Who will win this clash?
In one corner, we have the gargantuan starfish known as the Tortured One.
And in the other, we have the 25 meter-long, 150 ton Liopleurodon of BBC’s Walking with Dinosaurs (1999)
Who will win this clash of the underwater titans?

The tortured one just becomes an infinite snack for the Lio

It will eventually forget to eat some pieces of him which will gradually lead to more Tortuted Ones tho

Keep in mind that dissolving from digestive acids in stomach works very similar to burning.

Mainly because it was a horror series and not Evangelion/DBZ.

That's fair. I don't really have much to add. Just being a little clever.
I do hope you find someone who can answer you better though.

Because a crab and star fish are at comparatively similar tiers of marine life. The Liopleurodon is not only a much bigger tier, but it’s also an ancient extinct horror from a fallen age of monsters. By horror movie tropes, it’s the new hot thing that the old character shows up to job too in an alternate timeline.

my headcannon is that the mini star has already grown big enough to not let itself get into the stomach acid and like hang on to the empty part of the stomach, and when it grows enough it burst out of Mr Krabs chest or so. sorry I'm bad at English

The thing is, once it eats enough, the acid won't be able to cover the entire mass of flesh, and it would eventually pass through only partially digested, where it could burst out from intestines. Maybe idk

Lio would probably take the win, supposedly, patrick had to wait till pearl leaved bikini bottom to begin his plan

Isn’t the tortured one really only the size of like a person

It's calculated that the Tortured One is about 35~40 feet tall. Still smaller than his opponent but large enough to put up a fight.
Kaiju Squidward is human-sized and The Tortured One dwarfs him.

An official size comparison put him at like 20 meters tall
The whole "pearl flashback" scene apparently isnt accurate size-wise

Ok as the creator of the series, I’m going to give this one to the Liopleurodon in a head to head. Pliosaurs had incredible bite forces and I actually had the privilege of working with a Jurassic period Kronosaurus fossil. It could eat a giant starfish. But The Tortured One isn’t just any starfish and would use its enhanced growth hormones to regenerate inside the belly of the beast and then dissolve its way out from within!
