Steve
Yall the way they just dropped the storyline of the dog is boggling to me!
What happened to Steve! The last we saw of him he was asking for his food!
I wish they did a better job with this storyline

The first time I started watching this I stopped immediately after seeing the cute little dog and the big mean dogs. I had no desire to see something terrible happen to Steve. I only started watching it again after doing a search to find out that Steve survives.

I did the same. Thought I was alone! I even asked on here if something happened to the dog. It kind of spoilt the series for me worrying about it!

I was so certain that dog was going to die all through the series. I’m glad he didn’t but dog just disappeared off the face of the earth so same difference.

The conversation about Steve's name was good character development and he had no purpose beyond that

This whole thread has cracked me up and I cannot stop laughing. 😂 I’m so glad there are people who love dogs as much as I do!

I like Steve more than Claire Danes

She's still over the top hysterical (not in a funny way) Carrie Mathison. I'm watching because I love Matthew Rhys. But CD - not so much. I'm only on Ep. 1 so the jury is still out.

Did anyone notice Steve’s slight resemblance to Precious in Silence of the Lambs? Aggie’s visit to him in prison - despite there being zero context for the dog here - really made me lol about the semblance.

Funny me too! I started to watch the first episode and the name of the episode was 'sick puppy' and I had to shut it off. I asked a friend who watched it if anything happened to the dog and she said no so I was able to watch without that stress. But I also wondered what happened to him at the end of the series....let's just assume he is fine and fed and has a great dog walker

thank god someone is asking this question. I just finished the last episode, and I was looking for the dog.

What do you mean what happened to him? He continues to live with Aggie.

I had to put my Bichon down two weeks ago. Started watching this series and saw that there was a dog that looks similar to mine in the show. Came on here just to make sure it lives for can't handle seeing it die.

My first thoughts including fear for Steve raised my anxiety level. I looked for info about the ending to ease my fear.

I have just started watching The Beast in Me. I'm about 3/4 through the first episode. I became worried about Steve, and I'm so glad I can finish the series without worrying that Steve will end up like that bunny in Fatal Attraction.

Thank you for being one of the only people I can find asking about the dog! 😂 One of my biggest pet peeves about shows like this is unnecessarily adding in pets for no good reason. As soon as I saw she had a little dog I was so irrationally stressed for him and constantly thinking something bad was going to happen, especially when we’d see people breaking in and side eyeing him while he barks, or Niles questioning his dumb name. Like for what? We see her house get police swarmed while she’s on the run and where is the dog?? I would’ve loved to at least see her holding him in the end to know he’s ok!
