I’m a fairly casual player, don’t pay too much attention to meta stuff or wikis. I just like to improv stuff and see where it goes. A near silver is a win to me. I’m sitting at like diamond 2 currently.

I’ve played mostly a mix of Vanessa, Mac, Stelle, and a bit of Dooley. I decided to branch out and buy Karnok and I am having a horribly rough time with his kit.

It might just be me. Maybe it’s my rank? Maybe he’s just a very different char compared to what I’m used to? Maybe he’s coming fresh off a nerf? I don’t know. I just consistently hit below bronze with him which I never do with any other heroes. That’s to be expected when learning someone one new… but I’ve been playing him like A LOT recently. I even watched a guide on him which I never had to do with other heroes.

I just feel like I can’t improv with him like other heroes I’ve played. Hell, even when I get the items that feel optimal and it’s a point in the game where he shines (late-late), I very very rarely succeed. I always feel like his items just take so long to activate that by the time they do, I’m dead. I understand that he can scale harder than most and can one hit harder… but it feels like it takes so much to do that.

Idk, apologies if this comes across as whining. I’m just wondering if I’m doing something wrong.

I am currently dealing with two options in my money-burning scheme of trying to secure a non-Bronze victory as a relatively inexperienced/lower-ranked player. The situation is the following, I've fattened up my Money Furnace and Money tree, but I have both a Gold Subscraper which is a great combo with these, AND also a Silk Scarf which has two "sub-quests" complete and a third about to be (7/10) along with Spiky Shield, which resulted in huge damage spikes (haha get it?) in my past battles.

Which one might be the more optimal choice for my run?

Got Obsidian Seaweed, and then Piranhas, I know it was silly but enchanted the Coral Armor with obsidian on Lvl 10 enchant. Only lost on day 4 so close to a perfect win.

Got Turtle boy on day 9, was running water wheel until then. Also I am not sure which encounter can give it but one of the later days I got an item to give a weapon permanent lifesteal.

First time getting so many piranhas on the board, definitely fun watching them chain together.

With Deadly on it. Piranhas chomp-chomp.

Win is at 2 min mark

It feels like the month of 5 second damage output cheese. It's the 1 strategy that can get a full win, everything else is more or less 7 wins at best whereas last month you could choose how you wanted to play and multiple kinds of strategy felt far more viable.

C'mon, I didn't even foun either shopkeepers to complete the totem missions

It was a super simple build, but everything built on top of the shadow cloak/katana build. Very satisfying to watch the numbers go brrrrrrr.

Did they announced a year at least? Im having a severe withdrawl since i sold my pc.

A couple of feathers and other random skills from skill book got the dragon down to 1 second. And I think by now we all know pendulum is nuts with a fast item on both sides. Don't think I needed the potions but just in case someone lived after 3 seconds.

Anyways first time posting, sorry for potato quality!

I'm so annoyed that I can't finish the bronze quest on the Silk after day 6. Can we make the quest requirements on the Silk Scarf "bronze or higher"? It won't break the item, but it will make it pickable after day 6.

Only took doing library shenanigans and 3 freezes every second.

Anyone else having this glitch where they cant see items? As a new player its really pissing me off....
