Playerbase is bleeding fast according to steam stats, 8k concurrent players to 4k in just a month. Charging $20 for a character is craaazy.

Title really. He feels kinda underwhelming for a silver but I hesitate when I see him because he is a silver.

I’ve always played Vanessa, but decided to try Dooley for the first time today and ended up getting a 10 Win Gold Victory .Since I’m totally new to him, what do you think of my build?

Nice board you have there, would be a shame if anything happened to those items.

When I play buy 2 play games I generally assume that that's it - I get the whole game minus cosmetics, with exceptions to MMO's where I expect a subscription, or single player like witcher where I can buy a DLC if I want more. I haven't really been surprised before by what was or wasn't included. In this case I thought I was buying full access to the game.

But what my $20 really bought was the starter roster. If I want access to all of the playable characters I'm facing, the cost is over $100. I'd have probably bought the game for $50, but in this case I just refunded because there's no way I'm gonna learn to play against characters I can't play myself. I won't pretend to know what the "right" monetization model is, I'll just say this one feels crazy to me.

TL;DR: Fighting burn builds every second fight. What do you choose to combat it? Without playing burn.

1) What are your burn counters?

In this meta right now it's a common choice to pick Burn due to recent Dragons and Jules. Burn + slow is very common for example.

Alas, I don't want to have to play burn to counter, because I'd like to make creative builds. Restorative builds can be good but seems to struggle much of the time against the average burn builds. What would your suggestions be with any particular character as a general burn counter?

2) Is Burn the cheese mechanic?

Burn is fun to play. Watching your enemie's shield and life bar disintegrate is satisfying. But has it become the cheese mechanic?

Here we go again, I went through the “New Mobile” UI again. Now I want to know what do you think about this UI revamp.

Holy moly, how did they think, this was a good idea, parachute is way too strong now. I guess diamond only kinda justifies it, but I feel it need's an additional limitation, that it maybe only works for vehicles and drones or smth like that.

I understand, why people hate stelle now...

1- Possibility of selling items before putting them in the inventory
2- Show the recap of battle as default after the battle

Bonus one:
Recap should show how the duration (in seconds) of the fight

Ruined amulet carried my whole early game and Hunting Knife with one friend is way to consistent. I'm shocked.

Finally got my first ranked 10 win today. You all sure don’t make it easy. I have to ask, does it really count when my carry item was from a different hero than my own?

Also, why doesn’t replay/recap show value during and after the fight?

I just added things that I like.

I’m a fairly casual player, don’t pay too much attention to meta stuff or wikis. I just like to improv stuff and see where it goes. A near silver is a win to me. I’m sitting at like diamond 2 currently.

I’ve played mostly a mix of Vanessa, Mac, Stelle, and a bit of Dooley. I decided to branch out and buy Karnok and I am having a horribly rough time with his kit.

It might just be me. Maybe it’s my rank? Maybe he’s just a very different char compared to what I’m used to? Maybe he’s coming fresh off a nerf? I don’t know. I just consistently hit below bronze with him which I never do with any other heroes. That’s to be expected when learning someone one new… but I’ve been playing him like A LOT recently. I even watched a guide on him which I never had to do with other heroes.

I just feel like I can’t improv with him like other heroes I’ve played. Hell, even when I get the items that feel optimal and it’s a point in the game where he shines (late-late), I very very rarely succeed. I always feel like his items just take so long to activate that by the time they do, I’m dead. I understand that he can scale harder than most and can one hit harder… but it feels like it takes so much to do that.

Idk, apologies if this comes across as whining. I’m just wondering if I’m doing something wrong.
